 John Molloy manages the day-to-day operations for PLGIT.  In this role, Mr. Molloy oversees the administration, marketing and customer service aspects of the Trust. He works directly with the members of the Board of Trustees and its committees and has substantial responsibility for strategic planning, marketing, new product development, and client services.  In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of PLGIT, Mr. Molloy interacts with the PLGIT Investors and their representatives through the seven statewide local government and school associations which sponsor the Trust.  Prior to assuming the senior management role for PLGIT, Mr. Molloy coordinated PLGIT's marketing efforts across the Commonwealth. 

Mr. Molloy has been with PFMAM since 2002, working in its Harrisburg office.  Prior to joining PFMAM, Mr. Molloy spent 12 years with Vanguard where he managed relationships with institutional investors.  Mr. Molloy earned an MBA degree from Cornell University and a B.A. in Government & Law and Economics & Business from Lafayette College.  He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Christopher Trump spent the first eight (8) years of his career at PFM Asset Management LLC (PFMAM) supporting the PLGIT Programs. Mr. Trump had a variety of responsibilities when working with PLGIT’s Investors, including developing, optimizing, and implementing investment strategies for bond proceeds. Additionally, Mr. Trump marketed PLGIT products and services to public entities. He served clients by providing portfolio, yield and cash flow analyses, security and portfolio level analytics, portfolio evaluation and reporting, and investment policy development.

In his current role, Mr. Trump serves as Manager of PFMAM’s Client Services Group. In this capacity, Mr. Trump supervises the work of Key Account Managers, Client Consultants, and Client Service Representatives who are responsible for providing customer service and client advocacy to PLGIT Investors.   

Mr. Trump graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rider University and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).  

Michael Steinbrook

Mike Steinbrook joined PFM in 2004 as an arbitrage rebate analyst in the Harrisburg office. Mr. Steinbrook leads PFM's Arbitrage and Tax Compliance Group, managing client relationships, staff development, internal and external training, quality control and developing the methodologies, approaches and strategies utilized by the group. Mr. Steinbrook has prepared or reviewed thousands of analyses including arbitrage rebate and yield restriction calculations, spending exception analyses, transferred proceeds calculations, commingled funds analyses, variable-rate yield computations, liability optimization strategies, and other arbitrage related services.

He serves as the manager of the arbitrage rebate related services provided to participants that invest bond proceeds in PLGIT.

Mr. Steinbrook earned an MBA from Fordham University and a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
Matthew Conlin

Matt Conlin joined PFMAM in 2013 and works in Harrisburg as a Senior Managing Consultant and PLGIT Marketing Representative. Matt is responsible for marketing PLGIT and its services to current and potential investors in Central Pennsylvania. Prior to Matt’s current role, he worked in PFMAM’s Client Services Group for over three years providing support to clients in everyday functions such as onboarding and new client administration. Matt previously worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Department of Community and Economic Development as an Analyst. Matt attended Shippensburg University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.

William Kruck

Bill Kruck joined PFMAM in 2004 as a Senior Marketing Representative.  Bill is responsible for marketing PLGIT programs and services to clients of the Trust in Western Pennsylvania.  Prior to joining PFMAM, Bill worked as a school business official for 28 years.  He has served for several years on the PASBO Legislative Committee and has held various local chapter officer positions.  Mr. Kruck is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Economics.  He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. 
Courtney Mulholland

Courtney Mulholland has been with PFMAM since 1998 working in its Philadelphia office. Ms. Mulholland is responsible for marketing PLGIT’s investment options and services to municipalities and school districts in Eastern Pennsylvania. She assists her clients with their cash management and investment needs, including developing strategies for the investment of operating funds, bond proceeds and reserve funds. Previously, she marketed PFM’s fixed-rate investment programs to public entities in Missouri, Pennsylvania and Texas. Ms. Mulholland is a graduate of Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and concentration in Economics. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. Ms. Mulholland currently serves as a regional Board Member for the Eastern region of the Government Finance Officers Association of Pennsylvania (GFOA).

Paul Robinson

Paul M. Robinson joined PFMAM as part of the PLGIT marketing team in 2007, working in the Harrisburg office and serving the southeastern part of the state. He has been employed in both the private and municipal sectors and has served as a borough councilman. Paul has more than 20 years' experience in the Pennsylvania Act 511 industry. Previously, Paul worked for the Central Tax Bureau of Pennsylvania, most recently as Eastern Regional Director. Paul is active in his community and in the State. He previously served as a board member of the Pennsylvania Veterans Museum, Rose Tree Media School District Education Foundation, the Media Youth Center and Youth Sports Council, and the Riddle Hospital HCI Board. Paul holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.  
Brian Sanker

Brian Sanker joined PFMAM in 2004 and is currently a Director in its Harrisburg office. In his current role, Brian markets the programs of PLGIT and provides investment advice to public entities primarily in the Central region of the Commonwealth. Previously, he was a portfolio trader on the PFMAM trading desk, where he worked as part of the team that manages the PLGIT portfolios. Brian currently serves as a school board member and as a member of the Joint Operating Committee of a vocational technical school.  Brian graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Information Systems Management. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Colleen Chaney joined PFMAM in 2016 and is a Marketing Representative for PLGIT. She is currently responsible for marketing PLGIT and its services to current and potential investors in Eastern Pennsylvania. Prior to Colleen’s current role, she worked in the Harrisburg office as a senior analyst supporting PFM clients primarily in the Northeast. Responsibilities included portfolio evaluation and reporting, conducting cash flow analyses, proposal preparation, investment policy review and development, and training new analysts. Colleen graduated from the Pennsylvania State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in International Business. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Kecia Cunningham joined PFM Asset Management LLC in August 2015 as a Key Account Manager for PFMAM's Client Services Group.  As a Key Account Manager for PLGIT, Ms. Cunningham's primary responsibility is to provide customer service in everyday functions such as onboarding and new client administration and to serve as a client advocate.  Prior to joining PFMAM, Ms. Cunningham served 15 years as an elected city commissioner for the City of Decatur, Georgia.  She holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.

David Whiting joined PFM Asset Management LLC in April 2017 as a Client Service Representative for PFMAM's Client Services Group. Mr. Whiting is responsible for providing supportive services to PLGIT investors as well as other investors throughout the Eastern region. He is a graduate of Messiah College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics with a concentration in international relations. Lynn Wirrick joined PFM Asset Management LLC in February 2017 as a Client Consultant for PFMAM’s Client Services Group. Ms. Wirrick’s primary responsibility is to serve the PLGIT investors to provide everyday functions such as onboarding new relationships, client administration and to serve as a client advocate. Prior to joining PFMAM, Ms. Wirrick was an independent agent selling accident, life and health insurance programs to individuals and businesses. Ms. Wirrick graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Anne Parker joined PFMAM in November 1995 and works in the Harrisburg office. Ms. Parker is the Client Service Representative for PLGIT and provides customer service to investors and also supports the PLGIT marketing staff. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.    

Clayton Griffith

Clay Griffith is Operations Manager of PMFAM's Client Services Group, where he supervises all reporting, research, and processing work for PFMAM's pool clients. 

Mr. Griffith joined PFMAM as Assistant Director of Customer Service Operations in 1999, where his responsibilities included supervising Customer Service staff, supporting Marketing staff, resolving client inquiries, and implementing new procedures and systems.

Mr. Griffith graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in both Economics and Finance. Prior to joining PFMAM, he served as Senior Portfolio Analyst in the Public Funds Unit of State Street Bank & Trust. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
 

Mary Ann Geiman

Mary Ann Geiman joined PFMAM in 1989 as a Support Associate in the Harrisburg office working with the PLGIT/TERM and PLGIT/ARM Programs.  In 1996 Ms. Geiman began supporting the overall PLGIT Programs.  She works directly with the members of the PLGIT Board of Trustees and the representatives of the seven Sponsoring Associations and organizes the quarterly Trustee meetings.

As a result of this Reorganization, effective August 1, 2020, the existing PLGIT/I-Class shares were renamed PLGIT/Reserve-Class shares.
