The Procurement Card Program (MasterCard) is sponsored by the Trust and is offered by PFM Financial Services LLC, through the services of BMO Harris Bank [ BMO Harris Bank]^*.

Borrowing Options

The PLGIT/Emmaus Bond Pool Programs offer alternative financing methods to all Trust Investors. The Trust Sponsors three variable rate bond pools providing only PLGIT Investors the opportunity to access the variable rate bond market and the ability to take advantage of historically lower variable interest rates as well as lower costs of issuance. The Trust sponsors these programs and works with the Emmaus General Authority who issues the Pool Bonds. Public Financial Management Inc. is the Program Administrator.
